Chang Le is a small village that sits on the ancient Tea and Horse Caravan Road, which is lesser known than the famous Silk Road that ran through China. From China, this road passed through Tibet and onto India. Chang Le is a small quiet farming village whose main crop is rice. As typical with many villages in China, the inhabitants were the old who tend the farms and the grandchildren.
